Background : The Fund had 6 investments in India and wanted a local team to act as their extension for supervising their India portfolio

Support : The Fund wanted to establish a local team to coordinate active communication with the investee companies for supervision and reporting

Services :

• Assessing company’s performance, both financial and operational on monthly basis
• Highlighting key updates to the Fund’s Management
• Reviewing the practices used by investee companies for capturing accurate & complete data in time for monthly reporting
• Strengthening the Corporate Governance framework
• Reviewing the Internal Controls for eliminating financial crimes, assets misappropriation, and frauds & errors (both of omission & commission)
• Conducting a Valuation Exercise of the India Portfolio every 6 months
