We thoroughly evaluate potential candidates against the required skill set, using a check-list and arrive at an overall evaluation of candidate’s capabilities. Based on this evaluation, we put up to our clients only the most relevant candidates.
Wherever possible, we help our candidates with preparing for the face-to-face interview. We get them to speak with our in-house subject matter experts for seeking their guidance around the potential nuances of the role and the organization dynamics
For candidates that have been offered a role by the client, we stay in constant touch with them till the time of their joining, just to ensure they stay on course with their joining commitment.
To each customer, we assign a relationship manager that acts as a single point of contact for all purposes .
As a new position is received from the client, we go through the job description fairly quickly and respond back either in the affirmative or with points needing clarification.
As soon as we are clear about the details of the role, it gets assigned to the team member with relevant functional skills.
Under normal circumstances, we aim to respond back with the first lot of screened resumes within 48 hours from the work commencing. For very senior positions, this time frame may be longer, depending upon the complexity of the role and the market conditions.
Any feedback from our customers is noted immediately for the next round of screening.
We have 3 defined workstreams, (i) Leadership/ senior level positions (ii) MNC positions, and (iii) SME positions.
We assign functional experts with real-time work experience to work on functional positions. For e.g., only the one with experience in finance shall work on hiring against a finance position.
