When Navin founded Outgrow Consulting towards the middle of 2013, he was hugely inspired by the value proposition of the Indian SME/ start-up workspace. That beckoning was intense enough for him to decide upon his future calling. With his extended understanding of finance and technology, he had the prescience to foresee a major turnaround just around the corner. He felt driven to be right in the middle of the interesting “start-up story” that was going to unfurl over the next few years. Ever since, he has focussed unilaterally upon building extensive consulting capabilities to service the SME/ start-up sector. Drawing upon his crafty leadership capabilities, he has finely chiselled his servicing model to be of immense relevance to his clients in their journey towards growth, expansion and efficiency. With a carefully handpicked team of subject-matter experts across various domains, he has been able to put in place a wholesome consulting practice that’s capable of servicing the needs of its clients across strategy, finance, HR, legal compliances, and technology. He is extremely sensitive towards the unique needs of each client, takes personal charge for leading the relationship with his clients and ensuring they receive their value for money.
Prior to setting up of Outgrow, Navin was the Chief Operating Officer for HSBC’s Financial Services back office.
He is a CMA and has done his executive management program in Strategy & Value Creation from Goizueta Business School, Atlanta.
